By using ElyraGlobal's website or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

ElyraGlobal provides professional digital solutions including, but not limited to: AI Solutions & Automation, Website Design & Development, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Branding & Consulting, and more. Service offerings may change without prior notice.

Clients agree to: provide accurate information, respond promptly to requests, supply necessary content, branding assets, and approvals, and maintain ownership or proper licensing of any materials provided. Delays caused by missing information may affect project timelines.

Payment terms are outlined in each proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed: payments are due upon receipt, monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, late payments may result in service suspension, and all payments are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith. Actual timelines may vary due to client revisions, delayed approvals, third-party service interruptions, or scope changes.

Reasonable revisions are included according to your selected service package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Upon full payment, the client owns the final approved deliverables unless otherwise stated. ElyraGlobal retains ownership of: internal workflows, AI systems, templates, automation frameworks, proprietary software, and custom tools.

Some services utilize Artificial Intelligence. While every effort is made to ensure quality and accuracy: AI-generated content may require human review, clients are responsible for reviewing final content before publication, and ElyraGlobal is not responsible for factual inaccuracies that remain after client approval.

Our services may integrate with platforms such as Google, Meta, OpenAI, Stripe, GoHighLevel, WordPress, Shopify, and other third-party providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing adjustments, or interruptions caused by these external services.

Unless otherwise agreed: hosting fees are separate, domain registration remains the client's responsibility, and website maintenance covers only the services included in the selected package.

We respect your privacy. Any confidential business information shared with ElyraGlobal will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

ElyraGlobal shall not be liable for: loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

While we use proven strategies and AI-powered tools to maximize results, we do not guarantee: specific sales, search engine rankings, social media growth, advertising performance, or business revenue. Business success depends on many factors outside our control.

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. Outstanding balances remain due.

ElyraGlobal reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this website.
